Hermes gives every parcel that travels through our network its own 16 character tracking code, whether it’s coming from your favorite retailer or a friend.
You’ll need to get your parcel’s tracking number from its sender – retailers usually send this to you by email with information about your delivery.
Just enter this number into the tracker, above.
Whether you've dropped your parcel off at a ParcelShop or Locker, your courier has collected it or you're waiting for your delivery, you can track your package throughout its journey.

Need help finding your myHermes UK tracking number?
The 16 digit tracking number should have been provided by your retailer or parcel sender. If you do not have a valid tracking number please contact the sender who will be able to provide you with this.
Hermes international tracking

When will my parcel be delivered?
Depending on your selected method at the time of booking, timings can vary. Our delivery methods range from 24 hour deliveries to up to 7 days for remote locations. We strive to meet the expected timescales so your parcel will be working its way to you for the expected delivery day. To see exactly where your parcel is, use the tracking above.
Can I reschedule my parcel delivery?
Your courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel and or alternatively may leave your parcel in a safe place so that it is convenient for you.
If you would like to pass on a preferable delivery day, time or safe place to leave your parcel, please use myHermes web chat service and we'll be happy to pass the information on to the courier.
It may not always be possible for our couriers to meet exact dates or times however we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
My parcel has not been delivered. Where is my parcel?
I'd recommend using our online tracking service to get the latest update on your parcel's journey. All you need is the 16 digit barcode provided when you ordered the parcel.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered to a standard UK address. Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 working days (e.g. the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight).
The courier left a card to say that my parcel had been delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?
For myHermes parcel recipients, I'd recommend calling myHermes UK customer service team on 0330 333 6556.
How will I know when my parcel is delivered?
- You'll receive a notification with all the delivery details, such as signatures or a photo of the safe place.
- Your parcel's tracking journey will be updated on our website that you can use at any time of the day.
- If your parcel has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the courier will leave a calling card with any additional details you may need.
How do I track Hermes return parcel?
You can track a parcel you’re returning in the same way as one you’re receiving. All you need to do is enter the 16 character parcel tracking code into the tracker. If you’re returning a parcel using a Print In-Store device, make a note of the long number underneath the printed label and enter it in the box above.
What happens to lost parcels?
If you think that your parcel may be lost or have stopped in transit, please get in touch and we'll carry out an extensive investigation in Customer Services. If you ordered your parcel through a retailer who are using Hermes to deliver, the quickest way to locate your parcel is to contact your retailer directly using their Contact Us pages.
